This is how you thank me

A daughter has been stealing cash totaling $6,700 from her 74th Street mother over the last six months, according to mom.

The victim, who lives between Dahill Road and 24th Avenue, told police that her 21-year-old daughter had been stealing her debit card and withdrawing money totaling $6,000 since December 2013, police say.

On June 8, the daughter visited home, but only long enough to crib $700 in cash, the woman told police.

Subject to search

A strapped straphanger stole his bus driver’s bag and tried to make fraudulent purchases with the man’s credit cards on June 10.

The victim was driving his B64 bus route around 7 am when the sticky-fingered rider snatched his backpack, according to reports.

The bandit tried to pass himself off as the driver and run the card at a deli on 86th Street between 25th and Stillwell avenues in Gravesend, but when the man behind the counter called him on it, the counterfeit bus driver fled, leaving behind the stolen credit card and the real driver’s identification card.

Luck be a larcenist tonight

A looter who felt lucky broke into a Kings Highway bodega and stole $2,500 in lottery tickets in the early hours of June 10.

The betting burglar entered the store between Lake Street and E. Second Street in Gravesend through the roof at about 5 am and left the way he came in, police say.

A pointed request

A brute robbed a 55-year-old woman at knifepoint in her Bay Parkway home on June 10.

The woman was sleeping in her bed when someone else living in the apartment between Benson Avenue and 86th Street in Bath Beach let the 20-year-old perp in because the two were friends, police say.

The robber grabbed a knife from the kitchen and put it to the woman’s chest while she lay in bed, reports state. The poniard pointer took $800 from the woman before fleeing, officials say.

Raising cane

One man beat another with his cane after the pair got into an argument on Bay Parkway in Bensonhurst on June 15, according to police.

The two once-friends were quarreling on Bay Parkway between Avenue O and W. 12th Street when one man — a 51-year-old — put the smackdown on his 31-year-old friend, cops reported.

The caning left the victim with a cut above his ear and a second on his bicep. Emergency responders took the man to Lutheran Medical Center for treatment to his wounds.
