Lethal Leatherman
Police arrested a 44-year-old man who they said threatened another man at knife-point on Surf Avenue on July 7.
The victim told police that he was between W. 15th and W. 16th avenues at 10:45 pm when the suspect approached and drew a silver Leatherman-brand knife.
“I’m going to cut you,” he snarled, according to court documents.
