Bad driver

A 19-year-old man was arrested for speeding and driving without a license on E. 92nd Street on Aug. 20 — and for allegedly punching a cop in the face when the officer tried to slap cuffs on him.

The arresting officers reported they were near Avenue J at 2:50 am when they spotted the suspect speeding. When they checked his information against Department of Motor Vehicles, the officers discovered that the suspect’s license had been suspended after he failed to heed a summons for a previous traffic violation.

As a result, the officers decided to arrest on the suspect, and that’s when he allegedly punched one of the officers in the face, giving him a nasty cut on the chin.

The cleaner

Police arrested a 33-year-old woman who they say attacked a man with a squeegee on 87th Street on Aug. 20.

The victim told police that he was near Foster Avenue at 2:36 am when the suspect picked up the cleaning device and started swinging. The victim ended up with a cut on his ear, while suspect landed herself a day in court.

Samsung swan song

Cops arrested three men for allegedly holding up a man at gunpoint on 79th Street on July 17, taking the victim’s phone.

The victim told police that he was near Flatlands Avenue at 11:20 pm when the suspects held a pistol to his face and demanded his Samsung Galaxy S3 cellphone, before fleeing.
