Turnstile tango

A goon attacked and robbed a man inside a Gravesend Neck Road subway station on Aug. 23, taking his iPhone 5.

The victim told police that he was on his way off of a Q train at the station near E. 16th Street at 11:25 am, when the crook shoved him into the turnstile, and lifted the phone out of his pocket.

Before the victim could free himself from the turnstile, the crook shoved him once more, this time sending the victim crashing to the floor, before he fled with the ill-gotten phone, cops said.

Piloted away

A thief drove off with a man’s 2011 Honda Pilot he parked along E. 12th Street sometime between Aug. 16 and Aug. 22.

The victim told police that he left his car near Homecrest Avenue at 8 am, and returned nearly a week later to find an empty spot were his sports utility vehicle had been.

That’s the ticket

A cunning crook claimed a man’s 2012 Mercedes Benz as his own by duping a valet on Emmons Avenue on Aug. 23.

The valet told police that the victim left him with his car between Plumb Third Street and the Belt Parkway at 9:30 pm. About two hours later, however, a different man approached him and said the car was his, but that he’d lost his ticket. The valet handed the crook the keys to a $70,000 vehicle.

Divorce danger

A fuming ex allegedly beat his former wife with a metal pole on E. Eighth Street on Aug. 24.

The victim told police that she was in her apartment between Quentin Road and Kings Highway at 5:45 am when her ex-husband stormed in and began beating her. The woman suffered a laceration across her nose, bruising and swelling, which were treated at Coney Island Hospital, cops said.

With friends like these

Cops arrested a 26-year-old man for allegedly beating and robbing another man on Voorhies Avenue on Aug. 24 — taking his gold necklace and $120.

The victim told police that he met the suspect near E. 16th Street at 7:20 pm, when the man he says he’d known for a week turned on him and began punching and kicking him into submission.

“Run your pockets,” the suspect allegedly barked, before taking the victim’s valuables and fleeing, cops said.

Jewel heist

A crook looted an older woman’s Avenue S home on Aug. 24, taking thousands in jewelry.

The victim told police that she left her home between E. 18th and E. 19th streets at 10 pm, and returned at shortly after 2 am to find her home in shambles. The crook had entered through an unlocked rear window, and took a diamond ring, the woman’s wedding band, a watch, and a gold necklace, which were altogether worth more than $10,000, cops said.

Unsafe

A thief took the contents of a safe valued at more than $100,000 from a Bedford Avenue home on Aug. 23.

The victim told police that he left his home between Avenues X and Y at 8:30 pm, and returned at 4:30 am to find his property a mess, and that one of his front windows was busted.

Upon closer inspection, the victim’s worst fears were realized when he discovered that his safe, which he described to police as containing high-end watches and other valuables, had been lifted out of the home, along with the thousands worth of valuables it contains.
