FLATBUSH: Cops: Pistol-toting suspect robs bank

Bank bandit

Police arrested a 46-year-old man was who they say robbed a Flatbush Avenue bank on Nov. 30 — taking $3,300.

A teller told police that she was working inside the bank between Linden Boulevard and Martense Street at 8:30 am when the suspect approached her and uttered a chilling threat.

“Give me the money, I got a gun,” the suspect allegedly snarled, before taking cash from the bank employee.

Car pirate

A 22-year-old man was arrested for attempting to pilfer a car parked along E. 26th Street on Dec. 4.

The victim told police that he was between Avenues M and N at 12:15 am when he noticed the suspect open up his 2012 Mazda CX9 and rummage around inside.

Louisville beat down

A 18-year-old man was arrested for beating another gentleman with a baseball bat on E. 23rd Street on Nov. 28.

The victim told police that he was between Glenwood and Campus roads at 6 pm when the suspect began pummeling him with the Louisville slugger.

As if the baseball bat beat down wasn’t enough, the suspect continued ravaging the suspect with kicks to the head after he’d fallen to the ground, cops said.

Wallet picking

Police arrested a 31-year-old man who they say snagged a woman’s wallet from a Flatbush Avenue pharmacy on Nov. 21.

An employee told police he was monitoring surveillance cameras at the drug store between Cortelyou and Clarendon roads at 5 pm when he saw the suspect snag the victim’s wallet from off a pharmacy counter and flee.
