Throwing threats

The victim told police that she was inside her house between Mermaid and Surf avenues at 10:15 pm when the suspect began pounding on her front door with the melee weapon.

“I am going to kill you, you guys have to come out sooner or later,” the suspect allegedly bellowed.

Rough ride

Police arrested a 63-year-old man who they say drove drunk and crashed his 2004 Lincoln Navigator into a police squad car on Coney Island Avenue on Nov. 13.

The arresting officers said they were near Neptune Avenue at 9:55 pm when the suspect suddenly collided with and crushed the rear passenger-side door of the squad car they were sitting in.

The suspect then allegedly made a run for it, and the officers gave persuit in their battered, but still operable vehicle. When they caught up with the guy, he showed evident signs of having recently embibed copious amounts of alcohol, cops said.

“Go f--- yourselves,” the suspect allegedly barked, as police put him in handcuffs.
