Cops are looking for a hit-and-run driver who plowed into two people crossing Borinquen Road in Williamsburg early this morning — killing a 35-year-old man.
The second victim, a 24-year-old woman, was seriously injured during the 5 am crash at the intersection of Keap Street, according to police.
Horrified witnesses said the two victims were crossing the street when the 2004 Chevrolet Malibu barreled into them, sending both victims into the air.
A passing 2004 Kia struck the male victim when he landed in the opposite lane, trapping him under the car.
Police say the driver of the Chevy Malibu sped off — abandoning the vehicle a few blocks away from the crash site.
The driver of the Kia stayed at the scene.
The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Paramedics rushed the woman to Elmhurst Hospital, where she is in serious condition, officials said.
