Home invaded

An armed aggressor raided a Livingston Street apartment on Sept. 6, threatening the resident with a gun and stealing a ton of expensive jewelry including a half-dozen watches, authorities said.

The 34-year-old victim, who lives between Nevins Street and Flatbush Avenue, told cops she was on the phone at 3:50 pm when the gunman rang her bell and she buzzed him in. When the guy got to the apartment, he showed the woman a gun and pressed it against her face, cops said.

He then took $6,000 in cash, six watches including three Rolexes, and a diamond ring, necklace, and pair of earrings, according to a police report. The items were worth approximately $40,0000, the report says.

Hack attacks

Police reported two assaults on cab drivers in the precinct this week, showing how mean the streets can be.

• A man attacked a hack who refused to pull a U-turn at the corner of Hicks Street and Atlantic Avenue on Aug. 31, according to police.

The 39-year-old driver told cops he was sitting in his car on Atlantic Avenue facing the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway at 11 pm, when two guys and a woman approached him. One of the guys asked him to turn around, and when he refused the guy punched him twice in the face, according to a police report. Then the guy grabbed the hack’s cellphone, glasses, and hat, the report says.

The cabbie got out and started running down Atlantic towards Court Street looking for help, and the tough guy followed him, cops said. Then the brute stopped and threw the phone on the ground, police stated.

• Cops said another cabbie picked up a pair of guys from the corner of Bleeker Street and Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick at 9:30 pm on Sept. 4, police said.

The driver said they asked to be dropped off at the corner of Flatbush Avenue Extension and DeKalb Avenue, and when they arrived the guys refused to pay their $24 fare.

When the hack insisted that they pay, one of the guys grabbed a bag off the front passenger-side seat of the cab and they both took off running, according to a police report. The cabbie chased the guys but when he caught up to them they pushed, punched, and kicked him to the ground, the report says. The driver said his bag contained $290 in cash, a navigation system, and some paperwork.

Sleeper creeper

Straphangers had a hard time this week, too, with three thefts reported aboard trains in the precinct.

• A sneak stole a man’s camera and computer from his backpack while he slept on a D train on Sept. 1, cops said.

The tired 27-year-old passenger told police he got on the Brooklyn-bound train in Manhattan at 12:40 pm and immediately fell asleep. He woke up when the train was at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station, which is near the corner of Pacific Street and Fourth Avenues, and got off, cops said. At the station he realized his laptop, camera, and phone had been removed from his backpack, police said.

• A sneaky thief picked a woman’s wallet from her purse while she rode in a crowded D train on Sept. 4, according to police.

The 22-year-old victim told cops she boarded the Manhattan-bound D train at Bay Parkway at 7:45 am, and just before the train reached the Atlantic Avenue stop, she felt someone bump her from behind. After she got off the train, she realized the wallet was gone, cops said. She said the wallet contained $60 in cash and a credit card.

• Someone snatched a man’s cellphone from his hand on Sept. 7 as he rode a Brooklyn-bound A train.

The 48-year-old victim told police he was sitting on the train at 3 pm using his phone. When the train pulled into the Hoyt-Schermerhorn station, at the corner of Hoyt and Schermerhorn streets, a sneak snatched the phone from his hand and ran, cops said.

Park problem

A thief stole a man’s bag as he played basketball in Brooklyn Bridge Park on Sept. 2, according to authorities.

The 32-year-old ball player told police he was in the park, near the corner of Joralemon and Furman streets, at 10:15 pm and left his bag unattended while he played a game. He went to get the bag at 10:40 pm, and it was gone, cops said. The victim said the bag contained $50 in cash and a debit card.

Teen robbery

A pair of teens robbed a younger teen of cash and a pair of sweatpants on Sept. 3, while they were on Livingston Street, cops said.

The 13-year-old victim told police he was walking between Nevins Street and Flatbush Avenue at 3:30 pm, when the two toughs approached him. They started asking him questions, and then one of the older boys punched him in the face and removed $140 in cash from his pocket, according to a police report.

Then the other guy grabbed a shopping bag from the kid’s hand and they both took off running down Flatbush Avenue towards Barclays Center, the report says. The kid told police the bag contained a pair of sweatpants.

Another teen robbed

A brute robbed a teen of cash and a pair of sneakers on the corner of State and Clinton streets on Sept. 7, cops said.

The 15-year-old victim told police a tough guy approached him on the corner at 6:30 pm, and told him to give over his backpack. When he refused, the guy punched him in the face, took $25 in cash from his pocket, and took the bag which contained a pair of Jordan’s, cops said.

Car break-in

Someone smashed the window of a car parked on the corner of Jay and Nassau streets on Sept. 6, and stole a man’s laptop, cops said.

The 41-year-old victim told police he parked at 4 pm, and when he returned four hours later the passenger-side window of his car was smashed and the computer was gone.
