Everybody’s working for the weekend — and here at Bay Ridge Nights, we’re working for you.

Friday evening starts off soft and soothing, as singer-songwriter Tony Travis and his friends return to Circles Cafe [310 69th Street at Third Avenue] with all original acoustic numbers at 7:30 pm. Then head on up to the Schnitzel Haus [7319 Fifth Avenue between 73rd and 74th streets] at 9 pm to sit at the Cool Table and hear the band’s classic ’60s acoustic tunes. Wanna dance old-school-style — really old-school? Then hit the Greenhouse Cafe [7717 Third Avenue between 77th and 78th streets] at 10 pm for the bluesy boogie sounds of Tomcat and the Whisky Rats.

Start your Saturday night early — extra early — at 3pm at the Lonestar Bar & Grill [8703 Fifth Avenue between 86th and 88th streets]. The Secretly Famous Trio will be helping you get your Grateful Dead on with a set of ’60s jam covers. You can head down to Mussels and More [8001 Fifth Avenue, at the corner of 80th Street] at 5 pm to rock out to heavy covers band Radio Daze. An hour later, Flashback will take the stage at No Quarter [8015 Fifth Avenue, between 80th and 81st streets] to play an acoustic set of songs from the past six decades. Keep that un-amplified groove going at Hunter’s Steak & Ale House [9404 Fourth Avenue between 94th and 95th streets] to hear singer-songwriter Max Christopher play his original tunes. Wind up the night at the Monk [9510 Third Avenue between 95th and 96th streets], where the Dark City Saints will start pounding out the hottest radio hits of the past three decades at 11 pm.
