Rock ’em sock ’em Bogart

Cops cuffed a bar patron who they say drunkenly attacked a police officer after being thrown out of a Bogart Street tavern on May 11.

Police say they showed up in front of the watering hole at Thames Street at 5:40 am after getting reports of noise at the bar. When they arrived, they found the suspect out in the street shouting and screaming, police said.

Officers said that when they approached the accused he punched a cop in the face several times. The defendant also refused to be put in bracelets, they reported. When he arrived at the station house, the suspect allegedly slammed and kicked the door for the bathroom, damaging it. The 22-year-old was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.

Raze the roof

A guy was arrested for allegedly attacking an intoxicated fellow at a McKibbin Street rooftop party on May 10, according to law enforcement officials.

The 26-year-old victim told cops he was at the elevated bash between McKibbin and Siegel courts at 1 am when the accused bashed him on the side of the brain case with a metal pole.

Emergency services took the victim to Woodhull Medical Center and officers slapped cuffs on the 35-year-old suspect and charged him with assault.

Deli meat

A scalawag stabbed a man who was standing outside of a Broadway deli on May 10, cops said.

The victim reported he was standing in front of the grocery between Lorimer and Leonard streets at 12:40 am when a lowlife in a brown leather coat ran up and started fighting with him for reasons he couldn’t figure out.

The fiend then pulled a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck and chest, officers stated. The attacker ran away and the victim was taken to Woodhull Medical Center, the authorities said.

Temperature’s rising

An inmate attacked another detainee at the 90th Precinct station house on Union Avenue on May 10, police reported.

The 26-year-old jailbird was in a cell at the building between Montrose Avenue and Boerum Street at 9:35 am when he punched the 52-year-old fellow prisoner in the face several times, making his face swell up and bleed, according to the law. The suspect was charged with assault.

Passenger heat

Cops cuffed a man who they say attacked his friend while driving a car on Lee Street on May 9.

The 34-year-old victim told police he was riding with his pal between Ross Street and Williamburg Street West at 1 am when the driver suddenly picked up a credit-card reader and beaned him with it.

The mad motorist then threw his associate out of the car and punched and kicked him, according to police. The victim suffered a dislocated right ankle and severe bruises.

Mountain low enough

A pair of teens shook down a youngster for his mountain bike on Lynch Street on May 8, officers stated.

The 11-year-old victim told police that he was cycling at Union Avenue at 10:05 pm when two bullies walked up and one pushed him off his ride.

“Give me your bike,” one of the meanies supposedly said before jumping on the victim’s bike.

The other lowlife jumped on a Razor scooter and the prickly pair rolled off on Union Avenue, according to the authorities.
