He must have been short on money.
A five-foot-six man robbed a Bay Ridge bank at the corner of 71st Street and Third Avenue on March 20, according to cops.
Bank employees told police that the stunted stick-up man entered the lending institution at 10:30 am, and passed a note to the teller. The vertically challenged villain showed no weapon, but the worker surrendered an unspecified amount of cash. The runty robber then fled before police arrived.
