Spike Lee is coming home to talk.

The filmmaker and iconoclast who made his name portraying the Brooklyn streets where he grew up will return to his old home base on Feb. 25 to deliver a Black History Month lecture about his work.

Lee will take the stage at the Pratt Institute in Clinton Hill, just a hop skip and a jump from the Fort Greene firehouse where his first movies were conceived. And — here is the best part — the talk is totally free.

Lee traded in his borough cred for a Manhattan address years ago, but his trailblazing films, including “Do the Right Thing” and “She’s Gotta Have It,” created a new Brooklyn mythology that endures today.

The event starts at 6:30 pm in the Memorial Hall Auditorium of the Pratt campus on Willoughby Avenue in Clinton Hill. There are only 150 to 200 seats available for the public, so reserve a ticket now.
