Hopefully by now you have cleaned up after your Super Bowl party — and I am not just talking about your living room — and are ready to rock the weekend. Because at Bay Ridge Nights, the weekend is sure ready to rock you.

Start out Friday night at 9 pm at the Hideout [8411 Fifth Ave. between 84th and 85th streets], with Staten Island hard rockers Tension Rising, playing all-original cuts from its newly-released self-titled debut album. In the mood for something a little more familiar? Then head over to the Greenhouse Cafe [7717 Third Ave. between 77th and 78th streets] to hear some ’60s and ’70s rock classics played by cover band Wise Owls at 10 pm.

Perhaps you feel more like hearing something soothing after a wild work week. No problem — head up to Hunter’s Steak and Ale House [9404 Fourth Ave. between 94th and 95th streets] at 7 pm to relax to some lounge tunes, courtesy of pianist Ben Stiefel.

But be ready to party on Saturday night, when Holla Back returns to the Wicked Monk [9510 Third Ave. between 95th and 96th streets] at 11 pm, with its trademark combo of rock, dance, hip-hop, ’80s and ’90s classics, and great laughs. Or hit the Schnitzel Haus [7319 Fifth Ave. between 73rd and 74th streets] at 10 pm for the classic rock and blues sounds of Bad Sign.
