Hazing
A crook ripped off a college girl’s textbooks and gear from her vehicle parked on Gatling Place overnight on Jan. 27, police report.
The victim said she parked her Jeep Cherokee between 86th and 88th streets at 2:50 pm. When she came back at 8:05 am the next day, she found her school books, Michael Kors watch, Georgio Armani perfume, and several outfits missing from inside.
Saturn-day
A goon jacked a blue Saturn Aura from 78th Street sometime overnight on Jan. 30, according to cops.
The victim said she left her mid-sized sedan between Ridge Boulevard and Colonial Road at 7 pm — then returned the next day at noon to discover it missing.
Long ride
A lowlife drove off with a Honda parked on Sixth Avenue sometime between Jan. 8 and Jan. 27, authorities say.
The victim told cops she left her car between 79th and 80th streets at 3 pm on Jan. 8 and returned at 10 am 19 days later to find it gone.
Smoked out
A crook lifted thousands in cigarettes and cigars from a delivery truck on 77th Street on Jan. 27, police state.
The tobacco transporter reported parking his vehicle near Third Avenue and running in to make a drop-off at 4:50 pm. When he returned to his truck just eight minutes later, he found the passenger-side window smashed and several cartons of stogies and smokes stolen.
Tool crime
A villain swiped hundred in construction equipment from a truck parked on 65th Street on Jan. 28, cops say.
The victim told police he left his vehicle between Ninth Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway at 12:08 pm and came back 25 minutes later to find his passenger-side window in shards and his tools gone.
