Cops cuffed a Coney Island man for allegedly attempting to rob a MetroTech Center bank on Nov. 26.
A bank employee said the defendant entered the lending institution near the corner of Myrtle Avenue at 2:24 pm. The teller told police the accused passed her a note reading, “Good afternoon. Bank robbery. No panic. No dye pack. No GPS. All the money.”
The teller said she walked away from her station, and the suspect began yelling, “Where did she go? You know what I want! Give me the money!” The man then allegedly ran out of the building.

Police picked up a suspect who they say beat and robbed a man inside a Harway Avenue building on Dec. 2.
The victim told cops he was in the hallway of the building between Bay 44th Street and 27th Avenue at 4:20 pm when the suspect punched him. The defendant allegedly tried to shove the victim down the stairs before reaching into the man’s pocket and taking a roll of cash.
Hit and run
Authorities arrested a man who they say attacked and robbed a neighbor on Brighton First Street on Dec. 2.
The victim said he was standing outside his home near the corner of Brighton Second Lane at 1:45 am with a wad of dough in his hand when the accused came up and punched him in the face. The defendant then allegedly grabbed the cash and scrammed.
