Machete threat
Cops cuffed a man who they say threatened a woman with a machete on Kenilworth Place in the middle of the afternoon of Nov. 16.
The victim told police that she was between Glenwood Road and Hillel Place at 1 pm when the suspect brandished the brush-clearing blade and uttered a threat.
“I’m going to chop you up,” the suspect allegedly growled.
Ave. M beat down
A man was arrested for allegedly beating up another man on Avenue M on Nov. 15.
The victim told police that he was between E. 16th and E. 17th streets at 12:20 pm when the suspect slugged him in the face and pushed him to the ground, and then started stomping on him.
