Shop-dropper

Police busted a cranky customer who they say assaulted a cashier at a Brighton Beach Avenue store and damaged the shop’s shelves and merchandise on Sept. 16.

The clerk said that he asked the man to leave the business between Brighton Third and Brighton Fourth streets at 6:20 pm. When the accused refused, the worker attempted to escort him out — only to receive an elbow in the face.

The employee said that the defendant then took his hands and knocked a number of items off the shelves, before attacking the shelves themselves.

Brighton slasher

A man was arrested for slicing another guy’s arm open on the Boardwalk on Sept. 12, police said.

The victim said he and the accused got into an argument near the end of Brighton Fourth Street at 5:20 pm. The arrested man then allegedly pulled a switchblade knife, and cut the victim’s forearm.

Hip to that

Cops arrested a dangerous dame who they say broke another woman’s hip during an assault inside a W. 29th Street residence on Sept. 3.

The victim said that she and the accused were arguing in the hallway of the public housing building between Surf and Mermaid avenues at 3 pm, when the hellion allegedly shoved her against the wall, fracturing her hip bone.
