WEEKEND WATCH: Get ready for a train-ache!

It looks like the trains are on vacation this weekend folks — there’s no other plausible explanation for the totally messed-up train schedules this weekend.

All changes are from Saturday, Sept. 1 at 12:01 am to Tuesday, Sept. 4 at 5 am unless otherwise noted:

2: Service may be interrupted at the Eastern Parkway and Church Avenue stations because of the West Indian Day Parade festivities from 10 pm on Sunday to 6 pm on Monday.

3/4: Service may be interrupted at the Eastern Parkway and Utica Avenue stations because of West Indian Day Parade festivities from 10 pm on Sunday to 6 pm on Monday.

4/5/6: No trains between Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and Grand Central Station between 10 pm and 5 am, Monday through Thursday.

A: Manhattan-bound trains are rerouted along the F line from Jay Street–Metrotech to West Fourth Street.

C: Manhattan-bound trains are rerouted along the F line from Jay Street–Metrotech to West Fourth Street from 6:30 am to 11 pm, Saturday to Monday.

D: Manhattan-bound trains run express from 36th Street to Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center, and skip DeKalb Avenue from midnight to 6:30 am, Saturday and Sunday, and from midnight to 5 am on Monday. Manhattan-bound trains are rerouted along the N line from Stillwell Avenue to 36th Street from 4 am Saturday to 10 pm on Sunday.

F: Coney Island-bound trains are rerouted along the A line from West Fourth Street to Jay Street–Metrotech.

N: Manhattan-bound trains run express from 36th Street to Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center, then skip DeKalb Avenue from midnight to 6:30 am, Saturday and Sunday and from 12 am to 5 am on Monday.

Q: Manhattan-bound trains are rerouted along the R line from DeKalb Avenue to Canal Street from midnight on Saturday to 5 am on Monday.

R: Manhattan-bound trains run express from 36th Street to Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center, and then skip DeKalb Avenue from 6:30 am to midnight, Saturday and Sunday. No trains between 59th Street and 36th Street from midnight to 6:30 am Saturday and Sunday and from midnight to 5 am on Monday. Take the N.
