Christmas came early this year — at least for Park Slopers.

The legendary Rockettes high-kicked their way into the Slope on Tuesday to dish out free ice pops created especially for the precision-dancing troupe by a local ice pop shop.

Donning sexy, sparkling showgirl outfits, the long-legged ladies lined up and interacted with passersby in front of Union Street’s People’s Pops with the frozen treats to promote their upcoming, world-famous “Christmas Spectacular” annual production at Radio City Music Hall.

“It was so much fun,” said David Carrell, the co-founder of People’s Pops, who added that seeing the troupe in the neighborhood was a surreal experience. “The Rockettes are kind of instant celebrities.”

The rare summertime sighting of the showy ladies made for a great photo-op for families and children.

Carrell and his team created cranberry-apple-flavored “Rox Pops” for the Rockettes to pass out. The pop maker said that the all-natural pops were inspired by the Christmas season.

“The idea was Christmas in August,” said Carrell. “We made something that very much tasted Christmas-y.”

The Rockettes toured all over the Big Apple on Tuesday, making their last stop in Park Slope. Carrell said that throughout the day the high-stepping ladies dished out 12,000 of the Rox Pops, which are going to be on sale at the shop through October.
