One woman’s trash
A 21-year-old woman was arrested for stealing a friend’s clothes from her Shore Parkway home on Jan. 28, and throwing some of them into a dumpster, police said in court documents released this week.
The theft came after a fight between the two friends at the apartment near Rockaway Parkway at noon. The woman admitted to the crime, police said.
Assault
Police arrested a 34-year-old man who they say punched a person repeatedly in the face on Seaview Avenue on Feb. 8.
Police say the attack occurred near E. 98th Street at 10:15 am and left the victim in pain with fractured teeth.
Picked up
A 52-year-old man stole a pick-up truck, various tools and equipment, and other items from a business warehouse on Georgia Avenue sometime overnight on March 31, reported police.
The owner of the truck told police he saw the man behind the wheel, with the ignition running — and with the name of the business covered in spray paint — on Flatlands Avenue near Williams Avenue on April 2.
