A knife-wielding crook stole a woman’s cellphone after asking her if he could make a call on 84th Street on Jan. 10, police report.
The victim told cops that she was near 24th Avenue at 1:50 am when the lowlife asked to use her mobile device for a moment. When the woman gave him the gadget, the scoundrel demanded she give him her money.
The woman refused, and told him to give her the phone back. The crook flashed a blade and said he would keep the phone, then fled.
Knock, knock
Two perps threw a woman to the ground on 74th Street and took her purse and phone on Jan. 9, according to cops.
The victim said she was between 15th and 16th avenues at 7 pm when the thugs came up behind her and knocked her down, causing scratches to her knees. The dastardly duo then pulled away her Gucci bag with $600 in cash inside and her mobile device.
Jacket racket
A pair of punks held up a 12-year-old boy for his coat, backpack, and phone on Bay 35th Street on Jan. 10, authorities say.
The victim was near Benson Avenue at 3:40 pm when the two ne’er-do-wells approached him.
“Give me your jacket and bookbag or I’ll stab you,” one of the fiends said.
The boy handed over his knapsack and NorthFace, and the crooks then demanded he give them his phone. The victim complied, and the two fled.
Under the gun
An armed robber knocked over a bodega on 69th Street on Jan. 11, according to police.
The cashier said the perp came in to the store near New Utrecht Avenue at 9:30 pm, pointed a black firearm at him, and demanded money. The clerk forked over $1,000 cash, then ran out the front door. The perp slipped out afterward and escaped in an unknown direction.
Senior disservice
A goon punched an elderly woman in the face several times and stole her purse on 79th Street on Jan. 14, cops say.
The 65-year-old victim said she was between 20th and 21st avenues at 4:15 pm when the crook came up from behind her and tried to yank her pocketbook away.
When the woman resisted, the brute struck her in the mouth and jaw, then pulled the bag away and ran.
Nailed
A villain held up a 20th Avenue nail salon with a metal pipe on Jan. 14, police state.
The manacurist said that the fiend came into the shop between 66th and 67th streets wielding the object at 6:20 pm and ordered her to give him the money in the register. She complied, handing over $400, and the crook fled.
