Cops arrested a 35-year-old suspect for punching a man and threatening him at knifepoint on Brighton 10th Court on Jan. 7.
The victim told police that he was near Neptune Avenue at 5:10 am when the suspect sucker-punched him and drew a knife.
“I’m going to hurt you,” the suspect allegedly snarled, before a nearby police officer noticed him waving the four-inch blade and arrested him, police reported.
Knuckle sandwich
A 53-year-old suspect was arrested for punching a man on Avenue W on Jan. 3.
The victim told police that he was between W. 12th and W. 13th streets at 9:50 pm when the suspect served him a knuckle sandwich.
Sharp tongue
Police arrested a 37-year old woman who they say threatened another lady at knifepoint inside an Oceanic Avenue apartment on Dec. 31.
The victim told police that she was inside her apartment near W. 37th Street at 4 pm when the suspect drew a knife and uttered the threat.
“What are you going to do if I came and stab you in the middle of the night?” the suspect allegedly asked, according to police.
